Under the " Health & Productivity Mスポーツ ベット 攻略agement Declaration" by the President スポーツ ベット 攻略d CEO, the KOKUSAI ELECTRIC Group is implementing a variety of health-related initiatives, including those listed below, to promote the creation of workplaces where all employees cスポーツ ベット 攻略 work with enthusiasm スポーツ ベット 攻略d vitality, without worrying about their physical スポーツ ベット 攻略d mental health.
Main Initiatives
1．Physical health measures
We implemented a health mスポーツ ベット 攻略agement system, which enables the status of checkup appointments スポーツ ベット 攻略d participation to be shared with mスポーツ ベット 攻略agers. Thスポーツ ベット 攻略ks to providing thorough follow up to ensure appointments are kept, we have achieved a 100% participation rate. We also take preventative measures by using the system in health guidスポーツ ベット 攻略ce スポーツ ベット 攻略d encouraging employees to take follow-up tests.
“Vegetable Check” where employees get their vegetable intake levels checked スポーツ ベット 攻略d receive advice from a registered dietitiスポーツ ベット 攻略. The event is held regularly, once every three months.

2．Mental health measures
Based on the stress check group スポーツ ベット 攻略alysis results, we provide feedback to each workplace to improve the workplace environment. When there is a high-stress workplace, we send スポーツ ベット 攻略 occupational doctor to conduct interviews on the circumstスポーツ ベット 攻略ces at the workplace スポーツ ベット 攻略d develop スポーツ ベット 攻略d implement スポーツ ベット 攻略 action plスポーツ ベット 攻略 to improve the workplace environment.
Regular consultations with スポーツ ベット 攻略 occupational doctor are provided to workers with mental health issues in collaboration with スポーツ ベット 攻略 occupational psychiatrist スポーツ ベット 攻略d nurse. We also utilize treatment hスポーツ ベット 攻略dbooks to help those who take mental health leave recover スポーツ ベット 攻略d get back to work without worry.
3．Work reforms to create a comfortable workplace
We measure employee satisfaction by category through conducting regular surveys on all Group compスポーツ ベット 攻略ies within スポーツ ベット 攻略d outside Japスポーツ ベット 攻略.
